I loved the comfy bed and that I could grab a quick coffee from the lobby before heading out to explore. There were nice opportunities to unwind at the cozy lounge area or take a dip in the heated pool. Although the walls were a bit thin, it didn’t really dampen my experience. I’d definitely come back! 😊

Highly Recommend for Comfort and Location
I had a fantastic stay in a spacious and clean suite that had a great kitchenette and was super close to Washington Park. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed right from check-in. The free parking was a big plus, although it was a bit tight at times. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower.

perfect spot for city strolls and nearby attractions
We had a great time wandering through the nearby International Rose Test Garden, which was just a short walk away, and enjoyed the delicious coffee at the nearby B Street Coffee House every morning during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in the one bedroom suite, especially the little kitchenette for late-night snacks and the comfortable living area that felt just like home. It was great to unwind in the hot tub after a long day. We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy seating area. The only downside was the WiFi could’ve been better, but overall, we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy getaway! 😊

Great spot for a group vacation! We loved exploring the nearby Japanese Gardens and enjoying the vibrant soccer stadium, all just a short walk through leafy streets. The suite was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Free parking was a bonus. Everyone was super friendly.
The only downside was parking. It was a bit tight and challenging to find a good spot, but we managed in the end.

Found the hotel quite cozy and the staff exceptionally friendly. However, the location had limited parking space, and although clean, the decor felt a bit dated. Overall, the amenities were good, and it was nice to have a kitchen for convenience.

The location offered on-site parking with a view of my car from the room, ensuring safety. Friendly staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the experience. However, the small rec room felt cramped, and the noise from the city at night was disruptive. The complimentary cookies and coffee were a nice touch, though some additional dining options would have been appreciated.

I really liked how central the location was. It made exploring the city super easy. The room felt spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that came in handy. The complimentary juice and coffee when I arrived were nice touches. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I had some issues with parking. it was tight and required patience to find a spot. I also noticed that housekeeping didn’t clean my room during my stay, which was disappointing. Having to ask for fresh towels and toiletries wasn’t ideal either. Slim fridge made storing extras a challenge too. It's a great value for the price, but some improvements in service would enhance the experience.

The dining scene around Park Lane is on point! Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant served up some serious tacos that had me dreaming of my next visit. I also loved the cozy vibe at B Street Coffee House, perfect for starting the day with a caffeine kick. The overall stay was cozy too, with a super comfy bed in the One Bedroom Suite and complimentary juices that felt like a warm welcome!
Parking was a bit of a circus—it felt like a game of Tetris! The staff's assurance of spots available didn’t hold up, and the street parking scene was a no-go.

The staff treated us like family, especially when we needed to switch to a ground floor room after my wife twisted her leg. The free snacks in the office were a nice touch - I mean who doesn’t love cookies and coffee anytime?
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but still acceptable.
